American Constructions Trends (ACT) brings the discipline of large-scale engineering to every build. Founded and led by André Pellegrini — a civil engineer and licensed Florida General Contractor — ACT is backed by more than three decades of proven performance and completed, certified work across the Orlando region.
02Leadership
André Pellegrini is a Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC1534036) and civil engineer with construction experience since 1992 — including over two decades leading his own firm in Brazil, delivering 900+ documented projects for multinational, industrial, healthcare and government clients across 20+ states.
Trilingual (Portuguese, English, Spanish), he reads, interprets and challenges plans and specifications directly — not through an intermediary. It's an owner-operator model: no layers between the client and the decision-maker.
